Restaurant Notes: Dunkin’ plans North Jacksonville store; Chick-fil-A opens in Lakewood

Two coffee shops in review for St. Johns County; Outback Crab Shack to St. Augustine.

Dunkin’ wants to open in North Jacksonville and remodel in Bartram and Beauclerc.

Site plans are in review for a shop at 110 New Berlin Road by developer Prem & Alaina LLC.

The city also is reviewing a permit for interior work at 12709 Bartram Park Blvd. at an estimated $90,000.

Dunkin’ intends to remodel its store at 3930 Sunbeam Road at a cost of $85,000.

Chick-fil-A to Lakewood

Chick-fil-A opened July 1 at 3814 University Blvd. W. in Lakewood.

Jason Walker is the owner-operator.

The store hours are 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

St. Johns County coffee shops

St. Johns County is reviewing plans for two coffee shops.

Starbucks wants to build along International Golf Parkway at Commerce Plaza Boulevard in Parkway Village at World Commerce Center.

Ellianos Coffee Co. wants to open a drive-thru-only project along Florida 207 near Hometown Lane.

Outback Crab Shack in St. Augustine

St. Johns County issued a building permit for the almost 5,000-square-foot restaurant shell, deck and ramp for the reconstructed Outback Crab Shack at 8155 County Road 13 N. in St. Augustine at a project cost of $408,112.

Sleiman Enterprises Inc. is the property owner.

Dominion Engineering is the applicant.
