The city is reviewing a permit for construction of a RaceTrac gas station and convenience store, canopy and dumpster enclosure on 4.39 acres at 6635 Pritchard Road in Northwest Jacksonville at a cost of almost $1.5 million.
Connelly & Wicker Inc. is the civil engineer.
The site is at northeast Pritchard Road and Interstate 295.
The store is 8,100 square feet. Atlanta-based RaceTrac Petroleum Inc. paid $2.6 million for the site Dec. 15 in Perimeter West Industrial Park.
The St Johns River Water Management District is reviewing plans for a 10,640-square-foot Dollar General store on 1.47 acres along Blanding Boulevard, south of 103rd Street.
