Retail Notes: Levi’s to Town Center; Visionworks to River City Marketplace

City Gear coming to Anchor Plaza.

 Levi’s is replacing the closed Bunulu at St. Johns Town Center.

The city is reviewing a permit for an estimated $75,000 tenant improvement to almost 3,800 square feet at 4663 River City Drive. Bunulu, a Bealls Inc. women’s brand, closed in January.

Visionworks to River City

The city is reviewing a permit application for tenant improvements for Visionworks at River City Marketplace in North Jacksonville.

Schmid Architectural FL LLC of Punta Gorda is the architect for the 2,659-square-foot store at 13159 City Center Blvd. The improvement cost is estimated at $250,000.

City Gear to Anchor Plaza

 The city is reviewing a permit for City Gear to open at 6290 103rd St. in Anchor Plaza.

The application shows a 4,644-square-foot build-out at a cost of $249,800. City Gear, part of Hibbett, sells athletic and casual footwear and apparel.

Hibbett.com shows seven Hibbett Sports stores in Northeast Florida.
