Clay County is reviewing plans for Tractor Supply Co. at 1701 Blanding Blvd. in Middleburg.

The 5.03-acre site is designed with a 19,097-square-foot store, 20,000 square feet of fenced outdoor display, 4,252 square feet of sidewalk display and 3,206 square feet of trailer and equipment display.

Common Oak Engineering LLC of Winter Park is the civil engineer.

Gas station in St. Johns

 St. Johns County is reviewing plans for a 4,650-square-foot gas station and a car wash on 1.1 acres at Rio San Juan Road off Florida 207 in St. Augustine.

It is in the Benchip development. Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc. is the civil engineer. 

First Coast Energy to Rivertown

The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing a wetlands determination petition for First Coast Energy L.L.P. and Boos Development Group Inc. for property at southeast Greenbriar Road and Longleaf Pine Parkway in Rivertown.

First Coast Energy develops Daily’s gas stations and convenience stores.

Shores Fine Wine in St. Johns

St. Johns County is reviewing plans for Shores Fine Wine & Spirits at 150 Shops Blvd. in the Shoppes of St. Johns Parkway in Saint Johns.

The 7,400-square-foot store and drive-thru is planned on 1.5 acres.
