Malik Jackson joined Smith Hulsey & Busey as an associate attorney. He will practice in the law firm’s general litigation and sports litigation groups.
Jackson received his bachelor’s degree from Princeton University, where he played quarterback and won an Ivy League football championship in 2013.
He received his J.D. from Florida A&M University College of Law in Orlando and was admitted to The Florida Bar in December.
Before law school, Jackson was a Teach for America Corps member, teaching U.S. history and coaching football at Highlands Middle School in North Jacksonville.
Born and raised in Duval County, Jackson graduated as class salutatorian of Jean Ribault Senior High School.
