The NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association Northeast Florida Chapter presented its 2020 awards March 18 to honor excellence in the commercial real estate industry. 

Winners include:

Lifetime Achievement Award: Jeffrey Conn and W. Alex Coley, NAI Hallmark

Industrial Broker of the Year: Tyler Newman, senior director, Cushman & Wakefield
