A third Daybreak Market is identified for the market.

St. Johns County is reviewing plans for a 4,800-square-foot convenience store and fueling canopy on 2 acres at 30 Beachwalk Drive within the New Twin Creeks Planned Unit Development in Saint Johns.

Beachwalk Retail Center LLC, comprising PEBB Enterprises and Falcone Group, is the property owner.

Two Daybreak Markets, a new gas station and convenience store brand in the area, are in Jacksonville permitting or plan review in Mandarin and in the Southwest part of the city.

The 4,800-square-foot Mandarin location, with an adjacent 2,300-square-foot drive-thru restaurant, would replace a closed Golden Corral restaurant on 3.13 acres at 11470 San Jose Blvd.
The Southwest Jacksonville Daybreak would be the same size - 4,800 square feet with an adjacent 2,300-square-foot restaurant - on 2.6 acres at 7589 Plantation Bay Drive. That also would have a separate car wash.

Plaza Street Partners of Prairie Village, Kansas, is the developer. Daybreak Market & Fuel LLC is the operator. Daybreak’s principal address is in Boca Raton and its mailing address is in Banning, California.
