The Gopuff service wants to build-out a delivery center in a storefront in the Jacksonville Regional Center at 3000 Dunn Ave. at an estimated cost of $100,000.
The service says on its website it now delivers within two ZIP codes in Jacksonville – 32211 in Arlington and 32246 in the Southpoint area.
The new location is near Northwest Jacksonville.
Gopuff says it delivers food and drinks, cleaning supplies, home needs, over-the-counter medication and more.
It delivers at a flat fee of $1.95.
Navy Federal Credit Union intends to renovate its 4,838-square-foot office at 7231 Golden Wings Road in Timuquana Commerce Center in West Jacksonville at an estimated cost of $850,000.
The city issued permits Oct. 5 for Gate Petroleum Co.’s gas station and convenience store at 11100 E-Town Parkway, east of Florida 9B. The 6,567-square-foot market with 20 fueling positions is planned on 2.16 acres.
Scherer Construction of North Florida LLC is the contractor for the $3.4 million project.
