The city calculated a fee of $58,643 for the 7,643-square-foot Beach Boulevard addition and a fee of $33,116 for the 4,928-square-foot 103rd Street project.
The city is reviewing civil engineering plans for the U.S. Navy Multi-Mission Surface Combatant training facility at 11660 Central Parkway.
Bradley Construction Co. Inc of Charleston, South Carolina, is the developer.
Site development plans are in review for the facility in the EastPark Business Park.
