The city issued a permit Oct. 6 for Eckinger Construction Co. of Canton, Ohio, to renovate the interior of Pottery Barn at St. Johns Town Center.
The contractor will renovate 11,800 square feet at a cost of $453,445. Pottery Barn, part of Williams-Sonoma Inc., said the target date for completion is this year, and the store will remain in operation during the renovations.

The city is reviewing an application for a proposed $625,000 build-out of 3,291 square feet at the almost 11,700-square-foot pharmacy at 866 Dunn Ave.
That boosts its investment to at least $2.5 million in four primary care clinics as part of an effort to open 600 or more Village Medical centers by 2025 and 400 more by 2027.
The city also is reviewing building permit applications for VillageMedical at Walgreens clinics at 5340 Soutel Drive in Northwest Jacksonville, 7546 103rd St. in West Jacksonville and 7224 Merrill Road in Arlington at an estimated cost of $625,000 each.
Those range from 2,400 to almost 3,300 square feet.
