EM Atlantica Blue Inc. of Mayport sold the apartments to LPG Jaxbeach1 LLC, a subsidiary of Ck Management LLC of Waterbury, Connecticut, a real estate and investment company.
The community, built in 1987, sits on 6.49 acres. The taxable value is $11,618,200.
Amenities include a gate with controlled access, a pool and clubhouse with WiFi, cabana, grill, planned social activities, pet play area and washing station.
There is a business center, breakfast and coffee concierge and fitness center and door-to door-garbage pickup. Some units are furnished.
According to Apartments.com, two-bedroom units rent for $1,440 to $1,520 a month.
