 The city is reviewing a permit application for Jacksonville Coffee Co. to demolish the interior at 4413 Town Center Parkway to prepare for build-out.

Jose Parada, owner of Jacksonville Coffee Co., intends to open a retail store and coffee shop this fall in St. Johns Town Center North.

It will be a coffee shop and a showroom for espresso equipment retailing to homebuyers.

It will be in a former Starbucks near Publix Super Markets Inc. and next to Peterbrooke Chocolatier.

Wendy’s to Longleaf in St. Johns

The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing an application for Wendy’s to build a 2,400-square-foot restaurant and drive-thru on 1.21 acres in Longleaf in St. Johns County. 

Wen South LLC of Grand Rapids, Michigan, is the developer. EnVision Design + Engineering LLC is the civil engineer.
