PulteGroup announced that sales are open at the 55-plus community at Summer Bay Grand Oaks at 22 Myrtle Oak Court in St. Augustine.
The community offers houses on 40-, 50- and 60-foot lots in 15 single-family floor plans starting in the low $300,000s.
Amenities include a resort pool featuring lap lanes, pickleball and bocce ball courts, a fitness center, outdoor fireplace and community garden.
PulteGroup also announced plans for Wingate Landing on Cedar Point Road east of Interstate 95 in North Jacksonville.
The community will have about 90 single-family home sites on 60-foot-wide lots. More than 30% of the community will be green space. There will be no CDD fees.
