Rycon Construction Inc. of Sunrise is the contractor for the 9,015-square-foot project. Gensler is the architect.
The tenant is shown on site plans as Humana and the owner is listed as Humana Provider Holdings LLC.
Conviva, a provider of senior-focused primary health care in Florida and Texas, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Humana Inc.
