The PulteGroup announced a new community in Clay County. Double Branch will comprise 150 single-family homesites.
The community is off Kindlewood Drive in Middleburg.
Double Branch means there are at least two PulteGroup projects each in Clay, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns counties.
Construction of model homes is expected to begin this month with houses built on 50- and 60-foot-wide lots.
Homes will be for sale in late 2022.
