The city approved a permit Feb. 1 for Publix Super Markets Inc. to renovate the interior of its store at 14444 Beach Blvd. in Intracoastal Plaza at an estimated cost of $600,000.

Buck Business Park strip mall planned

MegaLand L2 LLC paid $700,000 on Dec. 22 to buy property from Buck Business Park LLC in Arlington.

It intends to develop a 10,500-square-foot retail strip mall on about 1.24 acres of vacant land near 9253 Merrill Road.

7-Eleven issued permits in St. Johns

St. Johns County issued permits Jan. 11 for Triton Construction Group LLC to build a 4,650-square-foot 7-Eleven store and fueling canopy for 16 fueling stations at 425 Harper Lane in Durbin Creek Crossing at a cost of $2.15 million.

Kernan Pointe Phase II in review

The city is reviewing a permit application for construction of the Kernan Pointe Center Phase II, a 10,673-square-foot retail building on 1.4 acres at 1797 Kernan Blvd. S. 

Target Contractors Inc. is the contractor for the $969,670 retail shell project. Sleiman Enterprises is the developer.

The Sleiman.com site shows the first phase tenants are Marco’s Pizza, Sandalwood Dental Care and OneMain Financial.
