As part of the rebranding, the company  launched a new logo and tagline, “Creativity. Calculated.” that the company says “embraces the present and future of the marketing and advertising industry – creating with focused intention, then inspiration.”

“Digital and the complexity of marketing today are driving exponential change in how companies do business,” Will Ketchum, president and CEO, said in a news release.

“This higher difficulty demands high reason. We’ve always prioritized data, analytics and ROI – and now, at the onset of our agency’s next 25 years – our brand better reflects our creative approach, unique value and what is important to clients today.”

There is no change in leadership or structure. High Reason remains independently owned and operated.

The agency says the evolution from a surname-branded company to a benefit and process-centric name is a trend in the marketing and advertising industry and other sectors. More than 90% of AdWeek’s 2021 fastest-growing agencies are value-named, reflecting their capabilities and philosophies.

High Reason offers research, strategy and planning; digital marketing; branding and creative; media planning and buying; and public relations, content creation and social media.
