Retail Notes: 7-Eleven in review in St. Augustine; Karma name filed with state

St. Johns County is reviewing plans for construction of a 5,093-square-foot 7-Eleven gas station and convenience store with six multiple-product fuel dispensers on 1.49 acres at Bartram Springs Parkway in St. Augustine.

Karma name filed with state

Bul Auto Sales FL Inc. filed notice with the state Dec. 14 that it will do business as Karma Jacksonville at 11619 Beach Blvd.

Vladimir “Val” A. Ranguelov is the president. Ranguelov, Karma Automotive dealer principal, intends to invest $5 million to buy and build the electric vehicle dealership at northeast Beach Boulevard and Interstate 295.

Ranguelov filed with the state under the Fictitious Name Law.

Brakes-4-Less proposed along Beach

Brakes-4-Less is shown on plans as a proposed tenant in 2,400 square feet at a third retail building at 13423 Beach Blvd.

It is the redevelopment of a 2.87-acre retail commercial parcel with an 8,908-square-foot building by Jacksonville Beach-based A D Development LLC. Edwards Engineering is the civil engineer.

It is next to the developed Buildings 100 and 200, at 7,120 square feet each. Tenants there include Bonchon, Jersey Mike’s Subs and Biggie’s Pizza.

The development is north along Beach Boulevard at Gerona Drive.
