Hunter’s Run LTD. of Hollywood, Florida, sold the property to 1535 Blanding Blvd (FL) Owner LLC of Chicago, part of New York City-based Blackstone investment group.
The 304-unit community is at 1535 Blanding Blvd. in Middleburg.
It sold for a per-unit price of $72,553.
Hunter’s Run was built in 2002 on 16.78 acres.
The assessed value is $13.22 million and its taxable value is $6.61 million.
Hunter’s Run comprises five three-story buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom units from 709 to 1,145 square feet.
Rents are from $777 to $1,078 according to apartments.com.
Amenities include a playground, picnic area, car care center, business center, clubhouse, digital fitness center, playground, sand volleyball court and pool. There a double gated entry with management and on-site maintenance.
The property last sold in November 2001 for $1.5 million when Hunter’s Run LTD acquired it from BFC Partnership LTD of Orange Park.
