Fleming Island Holdings LLC of Jacksonville sold the 17,239-square-foot building to MMAC 300 Jacksonville FL LLC, a subsidiary of Montecito 300 Ventures II LLC of Nashville, Tennessee.
The office was built in 2014 on 2.29 acres at 2370 Market Drive. The taxable value is $2.39 million
In August 2013, TJB Properties LLC sold the property to Fleming Island Holdings LLC for $575,000.
Cancer Specialists of North Florida is a doctor-run practice with 13 offices throughout Northeast Florida including Fleming Island. According to its website, without stockholders or outside investors, the practice can focus on patient needs rather than billing.
