PulteGroup is offering homes in Bradley Creek, its first project in Clay County in 10 years.
The 100-home community in Green Cove Springs is at 2429 Russell Road off County Road 209.
Prices range from the high $300,000s to the mid-$600,000s, said Tony Nason, president of PulteGroup’s Northeast Florida Division.
There will be 12 floor plans aimed at first-time buyers, growing families and empty nesters who want to downsize.
They range from 1,590 to 4,077 square feet. Homes will have three to six bedrooms with two- and three-car garages. Four models are under construction.
PulteGroup has several new projects in Duval, St. Johns and Nassau counties.
“We have definitely seen Clay County grow over the years. What is unique about Jacksonville is that the surrounding four counties are close to jobs and employment corridors, which give people several options on where to live,” Nason said.
Nason expects the first purchases to close by the end of the year. The community is expected to be built-out within two years, he said.
