Here are more details of what to expect from the Presidium Regal Apartments under development at 14051 Beach Blvd., the former site of Regal Beach Boulevard cinemas.
The theater was demolished and the site is cleared.
There will be 334 units in five four-story buildings on 15 acres in the gated community.
Construction is expected to be completed at the end of 2023.
The leasing office will be in a 11,000-square-foot clubhouse that will have a clubroom, game lounge, golf simulator, showroom kitchen and theater room.
There also will be office space and podcast rooms. The building will be topped with a rooftop lounging deck.
Other amenities include a zero-entry pool, grilling stations, cabanas and indoor and outdoor fireplaces.
It will have a 2,000-square-foot fitness center, car wash, juice and java bar, and a dog park and spa.
Apartment interiors will have smart technology locks and lighting, Ecobee thermostats and built-in Alexa.
