Retail Notes: Hobby Lobby to open in OakLeaf

Hobby Lobby intends to open in OakLeaf Town Center in West Jacksonville at northwest Argyle Forest Boulevard and Old Middleburg Road.

The city is reviewing an initial permit application at 9515 Crosshill Blvd., No. 101. Property brochures show Hobby Lobby will take three spaces totaling 44,833 square feet next to the SuperTarget. 

Other anchors include Kohl’s, The Home Depot and Ross Dress for Less. 

Hobby Lobby has three Jacksonville stores.

7-Eleven considering North Jacksonville, building in St. Augustine

The 7-Eleven chain is exploring construction of a 4,560-square-foot convenience store/restaurant with automobile and diesel fueling at 671 Pecan Park Road at northwest Interstate 95 and Pecan Park Road in North Jacksonville.

In St. Augustine, St. Johns County issued a building permit for a 5,059-square-foot 7-Eleven gas station and convenience store at 935 County Road 210 W. at Beachwalk at a construction cost of $350,000.
