Jacksonville-based Crowley Maritime reorganized its legal department with two promotions.
Parker Harrison is chief legal and risk officer and corporate secretary.
She joined Crowley in 2013 as claims director in the risk management department.
Harrison received bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from Tulane Law School with a certificate in maritime law.
Reece Alford is Crowley’s general counsel.
He joined the company as a vice president and deputy general counsel in 2018. His experience includes corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, strategic transactions, intellectual property, contract negotiations and law department management.
Alford received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Auburn University and his J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School.
