A 25-year member of Merritt Properties’ leasing team, Pat Franklin relocated from Baltimore, Maryland, to open Merritt Properties’ Jacksonville
office.
He handles all leasing and business development responsibilities for the commercial real estate firm in Florida.
Prior to moving, he assisted with the leasing and management of +/- 8 million square feet of office, flex, and industrial assets, primarily in Maryland’s northern region and new development opportunities.
Throughout his tenure, Pat has formed strong relationships with both local and national corporations while focusing on servicing the needs of Merritt’s existing client base of over 1,200 tenants and attracting new clients.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from Denver Metro University and a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business.
