River City Place apartments at 1275 Dunn Ave. in North Jacksonville sold May 24 for almost $11.21 million.
RCP Investors LLC, of Doylestown, Pennsylvania, sold the apartments to FCI FL4 Holdings LLC and Gery River Holdings LLC, both of Sunny Isles.
The 120-unit community, built in 1975, sits on 10 acres. The per-unit sale price is $93,402.
RCP Investors LLC bought the property for $8.07 million in December 2017 from River City Place LLLP of Aurora, Ontario, Canada.
The current taxable value is $8,195,765.
River City Place offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments from 800 to 1,200 square feet. Rents are $946 to $1,212 per month.
Amenities include laundry facilities, a fitness center, pool, playground, tennis court and picnic area. The apartments are gated with property management and maintenance on-site.
