Because of the anticipated effects of Tropical Storm Nicole, 4th Circuit Chief Judge Mark Mahon has ordered that the Duval County Courthouse be closed Nov. 10.
As previously scheduled, the courthouse also will be closed Nov. 11 in observance of the Veterans Day holiday.
The Duval County Clerk of Courts will close its offices Nov. 10 through the close of business Nov. 11. This includes the office at the courthouse and the branch office at 1543 Atlantic Blvd.
All online foreclosure and tax deed auctions scheduled during the closure are canceled.
