Fifth Third Bank plans to open in Beachwalk

St. Johns County is reviewing an application for Fifth Third Bank to build a 1,968-square-foot free-standing facility and two-lane drive-thru on an acre at County Road 210 West in Beachwalk.

The application shows 4th Avenue Partners LLC as the owner.

Meanwhile, the city of Jacksonville is reviewing a permit for Stockton Maintenance Group to renovate the 2,576-square-foot Fifth Third Bank at 11683 San Jose Blvd. in Mandarin at a cost of $132,828.
