JEA received a service availability request for Ellianos Coffee to build an 800-square-foot drive-thru shop at 12777 Atlantic Blvd. in Girvin Plaza.
At least a dozen Ellianos Coffee shops have been identified for the Jacksonville area.
Ellianos offers specialty espresso drinks, smoothies, latte freezers and more, as well as food items such as breakfast grit bowls, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, cookies, brownies and chicken salad croissants.
