Webb building $12.3 million spec warehouse in Imeson International Industrial Park

The 170,240-square-foot industrial center is designed for a single tenant.

The city issued a permit Oct. 14 for Webb Southeast Construction Corp. to build a 170,240-square-foot speculative industrial warehouse in Imeson International Industrial Park in North Jacksonville.

Webb will build the center at a cost of $12.3 million on 8.83 acres at 10775 Yeager Road for completion in the third quarter of 2023. 

It is designed for a single tenant.

Dan Webb with Webb International Inc. said construction will start in November.

It comes as Webb completes a 408,240-square-foot building at 10760 Yeager Road that is being leased to Dollar General Corp. for a distribution center.

The city issued a permit Aug. 25, 2021, for that project on 23.8 acres at a cost of $14.67 million.

Cushman & Wakefield of Florida LLC Managing Directors Tyler Newman and Jacob Horsley represent the landlord.

EnVision Design + Engineering is the civil engineer.
