The Post Street Apartments at 2877-2887 Post St. were sold for $3.4 million on Aug. 23.
Pango Real Estate LLC of Miami sold the apartments through Post 2887 JFL LLC to Chi Property Holdings of Nocatee.
Pango Real Estate bought the property in March 2021 for $1.65 million.
NAI Hallmark brokered the sale.
“The property is in a premier location in the Riverside submarket, less than half a mile from the popular Kings Street District, and offers the potential to complete a proven interior value-add program,” said NAI Hallmark Vice President Luke McCann in a news release.
The apartments are on 0.44 acre and were built in 1970. There are 24 units in three two-story buildings comprising 500-square-foot one-bedroom units. The per-unit price is $141,666.
