Bank OZK reconfiguring space

It bought a Mandarin office building from 121 Financial Credit Union.

The city is reviewing a permit application for the reconfiguration of space for Bank OZK at 12250 San Jose Blvd. in Mandarin at an estimated cost of $350,000.

Bank OZK, based in Little Rock Arkansas, bought the Mandarin office building from 121 Financial Credit Union for $2 million in a sale that closed Oct. 12.

The 2,668-square-foot office was built in 2001 on 1.47 acres.

The construction manager is iConstructors LLC of Tampa. Jacksonville-based 121 Financial relocated to 11112 San Jose Blvd, Unit 5.
