McDonald’s renovating restaurants

The projects are in Northwest Jacksonville, OakLeaf Town Center and East Arlington.

The city issued permits for McDonald’s to update restaurants in Northwest Jacksonville, OakLeaf Town Center and East Arlington.

Northwest Jacksonville

On Nov. 29, the city issued a permit for Southland Construction Inc. of Apopka to install a new modular front counter, update the McCafe cell walls, install a new wall behind the front service area, add new dining room decor, update the restroom fixtures and make other modifications to the 3,113-square-foot restaurant at 5911 New Kings Road in Northwest Jacksonville at a cost of $400,000.

OakLeaf Town Center

On Dec. 19, the city issued a permit for Stansell Properties & Development LLC of Odessa to incorporate a new menu board wall, install a new modular front counter, update the McCafe cell wall finishes and make other modifications at the 3,904-square-foot store at 9571 Argyle Forest Blvd. in OakLeaf Town Center at a cost of $209,421.

East Arlington

On Jan. 18, the city issued a permit for Stansell Properties & Development to remodel the dining room, order entry area and restrooms at the restaurant at 2707 Monument Road in East Arlington at a cost of $379,447.

The permit shows 1,687 square feet will be remodeled of the restaurant.
