The city issued a permit Feb. 2 for Williams Company Southeast of Maitland to remodel 32,788 square feet of the Target Corp. Super Target store at 6331 Roosevelt Blvd. at a cost of $5.2 million.
The store is in the South Ortega Marketplace Center.
Work includes renovations to the exterior and the interior, where Target will renovate the Starbucks Coffee shop, offices, the bakery and deli, and the meat and produce departments, the grocery department and other areas.
The almost 180,000-square-foot store was built in 2004.
Target Corp. of Minneapolis is the building owner.
