Rosalind Villas Senior Apartments sold for $11 million

The 120-unit community in Northwest Jacksonville was built in 2002.

The 120-unit Rosalind Villas Senior Apartments at 1800 Edgewood Ave. W. sold Feb. 13 for $11 million.

The seller was Tralee Affordable Housing of Greenwood Village, Colorado, through Tralee Rays Rosalind Villas Senior LLC.

The buyer was The Hallmark Companies Inc. of Atlanta through Hallmark Rosalind Villas LLC.

The community is in Northwest Jacksonville between Moncrief and Lem Turner roads.

Rosaland Villas was built in 2002 on 10.3 acres among three-story buildings. The per-unit sales price is $91,666.

The community comprises one- and two-bedroom units from 535 to 760 square feet. 

According to the Tralee Affordable Housing website, the apartments are Low Income Housing Tax Credit senior affordable units. Monthly rent information was not available.

Amenities include a clubhouse, pool, breakfast and coffee concierge, a business center, fitness area, game room, pet play area, grill and picnic area. There are elevators. Maintenance is on-site.

Tralee Rays Tower Point LLC bought the apartments in February 2020 from Picerne Development Corp. in Altamonte Springs for $6.225 million.
