Taco Bell, Starbucks to build at Durbin Creek Crossing in St. Johns County

JEA is reviewing service availability requests for Taco Bell and Starbucks Coffee in Durbin Creek Crossing at southwest St. Johns Parkway and Race Track Road in St. Johns County.

The Ferber Co. of Ponte Vedra Beach is the developer of the 30-acre mixed-use development.

Plans show construction of a 2,338-square-foot Taco Bell at 335 Harper Lane.

Southeast QSR LLC of Clearwater is the applicant. JEA issued a service availability determination letter Jan. 3. England, Thims & Miller Inc. of Jacksonville is the civil engineer.

The site is between Burger King and a new Starbucks.

Starbucks wants to build a 2,600-square-foot shop at 359 Harper Lane in Durbin Creek Crossing. Elfrink Construction Co. of Oviedo is the contractor.

JEA issued a service availability determination letter Dec. 30.

The site is between the new Taco Bell and a Scrubbles car wash. 

St. Johns County issued permits Nov. 17 for Elfrink Construction to build the 3,020-square-foot shell building at a cost of $886,300 and the interior build-out of 2,562 square feet at a cost of $400,000.
