Smith Hulsey & Busey named attorney David Roberts a shareholder in the firm.
He joined the firm as an associate in 2020 and is a member of its corporate and real estate practice teams. He also advises clients in mergers, acquisitions and other business transactions.
After receiving a bachelor’s in finance from Florida State University, Roberts graduated from Vanderbilt Law School. He was the executive editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law.
