Dunkin’ building on Commonwealth, remodeling on Beach Boulevard

The total cost of the projects is more than $1.5 million.

Dunkin’ is adding one location and renovating another.

The city issued a permit Nov. 28 for a convenience store, identified on plans as Circle K, and Dunkin’ at 6745 Commonwealth Ave.

Suncoast Industrial & Construction Services Inc. is the contractor for the 5,206-square-foot building at a cost of $1.15 million.

The site is in West Jacksonville near Interstate 295.

Also, the city issued a permit Dec. 27 for C.W. Hayes Construction Co. of Oviedo to remodel the 1,260-square-foot Dunkin’ at 11657 Beach Blvd. at a cost of $452,815. The contractor will remodel the interior and exterior.
