Lennar has begun selling sites for houses and town homes in Hardwick Farms at 7277 Powers Ave. near San Jose and San Marco.
When completed, there will be 457 town homes and 130 single-family homes from the high-$200,000 to the low-$400,000 range.
Lennar has six floor plans at Hardwick Farms that range from 1,710 to 2,260 square feet of living space with three or four bedrooms and 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms, depending upon the lot size.
Houses include a one- or two-car garage.
According to a news release, every new Lennar home comes with quartz countertops, designer cabinets, wood tile-inspired flooring, paver and concrete driveways and patios.
“This is already one of our fastest-selling communities — about 80 percent of the single-family homes were claimed in our pre-sale phase this spring,” said Melanie Raub, Lennar Jacksonville Division president, in the release.
“Hardwick Farms is the only new construction neighborhood in this area.”
