The city issued a permit for Jacksonville-based Interior Buildouts Inc. to renovate space for Cold Stone Creamery at 7083 Collins Road, No. 105, in Collins Plaza at a project cost of $186,926.
Interior Buildouts Inc. will renovate the 1,056-square-foot location. Walter Taylor is the architect.
Collins Plaza is anchored by Walmart Supercenter.
Cold Stone Creamery has eight Northeast Florida locations.
It prepares custom ice cream orders with mix-ins on a frozen granite stone. It sells cakes, cupcakes, pies and cookie sandwiches as well as fruit sorbet and Silk Chocolate Almondmilk desserts.
