Princeton Enterprises of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, sold the property through Wickshire Jacksonville LLC.
The buyer is Rabun Gap Holdings LLC of Rabun Gap, Georgia, through Cielo at Normandy LLC and Cielo at Normandy Rabun TIC LLC.
Princeton Enterprises bought the apartments in 2013 for $2.585 million from Trigild Management Services of Dallas.
Built in 1974, the 123-unit community sits on 8.07 acres.
It has one-, two- and three-bedroom units from 565 to 1,407 square feet. Monthly rents are $940 to $1,415, according to apartments.com.
Amenities include a pool, playground, courtyard, laundry facilities and package service. Management and maintenance are on the site.
