The city approved a permit Feb. 21 for Jeremiah’s Italian Ice to build-out near San Marco at a cost of $172,581.
Adkins Construction LLC is the contractor for the 1,530-square-foot tenant improvement at 4434 Hendricks Ave. in the Miramar area.
Doherty Sommers Architects Engineers Inc. is the architect.
Jeremiahsice.com says Jeremiah’s Ice of San Marco is coming soon. It shows six operating locations in Northeast Florida.
The shops sell Italian ice, ice cream and gelati, which is a combination of soft serve ice cream and Italian ice.
