No contractor is listed for the estimated $300,000 build-out of more than 2,000 square feet at 11901 Atlantic Blvd.
The restaurant is in an end unit of a four-unit building under construction on an Atlantic North outparcel.
The landlord is Sleiman Enterprises.
A site plan shows the Outparcel B building will feature Chipotle and GNC as two tenants.
It shows Chipotle will lease 2,609 square feet of space and GNC will use 1,200 square feet. There is space for two more tenants.
Belk, LA Fitness and Academy Sports + Outdoors are the anchor tenants.
Newport Beach, California-based Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. has at least 16 stores in Northeast Florida.
The publicly traded company said March 7 it had nearly 3,200 restaurants as of Dec. 31, 2022, in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France and Germany and is the only restaurant company of its size that owns and operates all its restaurants.
