The city issued a permit Nov. 7 for landlord Sleiman Enterprises to prepare space for build-out in Crown Point Plaza for Tony’s Cantina.

The Rock Hill, South Carolina, restaurant appears to be the tenant for the 5,235-square-foot space at 10131 San Jose Blvd., No. 12, according to the permit and a Sleiman Enterprises site plan.

Target Contractors Inc. was permitted for work toward a future bar area. The project cost is $39,263.
