The Cool Factor

Built in 1924, the National Historic Landmark is architect Henry John Klutho’s final project. The mixed-use transformation required extensive updates to preserve the building’s historic integrity for future generations.

Five-story, mixed-use space with commercial areas on the first floor and 24 apartments on floors two to five.

Cost: $9,202,272
