Starbucks Corp. is renovating and expanding its coffee shop at 13315 Atlantic Blvd. at a cost of $475,000.
The city issued a permit Oct. 17 for Venture Construction Co. to expand into the space next to the shop.

ChangeUp Inc. is the project manager and Design Forum Architects Inc. is the architect. Both are of Miamisburg, Ohio.
Plans show interior and covered patio seating.
The city approved a Starbucks renovation permit there for 1,653 square feet in 2011.
The permit issued Oct. 17 is for 2,033 square feet.
The almost 5,000-square-foot building was built in 2001.
