Capri Reserve town homes to begin construction in St. Nicholas in early 2024

Phase 1 of the residential community will comprise 17 units starting at $650,000.

Construction on Phase 1 of Capri Reserve town homes in the St. Nicholas neighborhood of Jacksonville is expected to begin in early 2024, the developer announced.

The initial build-out comprises 17 town homes on Spring Glen Road starting at $650,000. It is near Atlantic Boulevard and the Hart Expressway.

Nox Development Group from Miami is the developer. 

Welch Team Keller Williams Realty Atlantic Partners Southside is selling the properties and accepting reservations.

“This venture introduces an exceptionally distinct product to the Jacksonville region. Our wait list will be established on a first-come, first-served principle, underscoring the importance of prompt action,” said Christina Welch, proprietor of the Welch Team, in a news release.

Capri Reserve town homes is near Atlantic Boulevard and the Hart Expressway.

The waterfront town homes are on Lake Valentine near Little Pottsburg Creek and the St. Johns River. The two-story, three-bedroom units are from 1,500 to 1,700 square feet.

They have open floor plans featuring high ceilings and covered lanais. 

Amenities will include a clubhouse, resort-style pool, fitness center, waterfront promenade and a boat ramp.

Nox Development Group and its affiliated companies says it has more than 40 years of combined experience building high-rise condominiums and luxury town homes.
