Distribution Ave LLC of Jacksonville Beach sold a Southside warehouse to 400 Orange Ave LLC of St. Augustine for $3.9 million.
The 30,014-square-foot warehouse at 6851 Distribution Ave. S. was built in 1988.
The warehouse is occupied by Fletcher’s Medical Supplies Inc., which was acquired in 2021 by AdaptHealth, a medical equipment distribution company that provides services for patients to adapt to life at home.
The sale was Sept. 12. United Community Bank of Ponte Vedra Beach made an almost $2.2 million mortgage.
Eric Maimo of Coldwell Banker Commercial Premier Properties said his office sold the property in an off-market deal.
Coldwell Banker Commercial Premier Properties was the only brokerage firm involved.
Maimo, Brian McCaffrey, Adam Lanteigne and Bob Buckmaster were the brokers.
Distribution Ave LLC is managed by William D. Fletcher.
400 Orange Ave LLC is managed by Thomas Upchurch and Amy Upchurch.
The site is off of Business Park Boulevard at Philips Highway and Interstate 295.
