The Castillo Real Resort Hotel in St. Augustine sold Sept. 29 for $11.5 million.
The oceanfront hotel is at 530 A1A Beach Blvd.
Elite Hospitality Inc. of Ormond Beach sold the property through MSB Hotels III LLC.
The buyer was Ponce Hotel Inc. of St. Augustine through Vista Hotel XI, Inc.
Built in 2005, the 46,796-square-foot, four-story hotel sits on 1.36 acres.
It previously sold in June 2016 for $10.25 million. Castillo Real LLC was the seller.
The hotel has 60 rooms, 38 of which are suites. There is a meeting room, pool and spa, fitness center, three outdoor fountains and an on-site restaurant. Some rooms are equipped with Jacuzzi tubs. Ocean view rooms have balconies.
Rooms are appointed with marble, granite and solid wood furnishings.
