Jacksonville Jaguars LLC identified another top-ranked bid for work on its Stadium of the Future.

The company said it identified Rider Levett Bucknall as the top-ranked among four respondents to a request for proposal for the role of cost consultant for the stadium project.

RLB.com says it is an advisory, cost management and project management services firm.

It is a London-based global company with 15 offices in the U.S. among 20 in North America.

Jacksonville Jaguars LLC said in a public Notice of Competitive Selection it intends to negotiate a contract with Rider Levett Bucknall.

It is the eighth company identified by the Jacksonville Jaguars LLC in competitive bidding.

The Jaguars posted notice of competitive selection of at least seven companies that responded to bids for work on the project:

Preconstruction services to AECOM Hunt + Barton Malow; geotechnical services to Langan; architect of record services to HOK; surveying to ETM Surveying & Mapping; first-phase environmental services to Terracon Consultants; technology services to ME Engineers; and project management services to ImpactDM.

The Jaguars created the 1stdowntownjacksonville.com site “as a platform to inform the community about our development plans, specifically the Jacksonville Shipyards, the Stadium of the Future and our ongoing community investments.”

The site explains that the Jaguars’ current stadium lease with the city runs through the 2029 NFL season.

The Jaguars also have issued more invitations to bid for work on the Stadium of the Future.

Bids are due at noon April 8 to Jacksonville Jaguars LLC at One Everbank Stadium Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32202, for:

• Security design consulting services.

• Third-party structural peer review services.

• Building enclosure consulting services.

There is also a construction manager at risk RFP that closes April 23.

All aspects of the project are subject to agreement on a lease amendment between the city and Jaguars.
